If you are not able to keep your appointment, please give 24 hours notice via phone call, text, email, etc. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost for the service booked. You will not be able to rebook any further sessions until your balance is paid in full. If you are a package holder, the session you missed will be deducted from your package. If we have to bill you for a “no show” more than twice, you will be required to prepay for any further sessions.
***We do understand that things come up, emergencies happen and people get sick. We do try to work with everyone as much as possible, however our time is quite literally our money and when we don’t work, we don’t get paid. We understand that we have to cancel on people at times as well for the same reasons and when that happens we try our best to make it up. Thank you in advance for your understanding!***
